The estate’s 2004 Alghero Tanca Farra (50% Cannonau, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon) is a pretty, mid-weight wine redolent of wild cherries, herbs, flowers, smoke, and earthiness. Made in an ethereal style, the wine nevertheless reveals considerable length and a refined finish that lingers on the palate with closing notes of dried cherries, flowers and mint.
