The fresh herb and roasted eggplant-scented, medium to dark ruby-colored 1997 Cabernet Sauvignon (only 350 cases produced) is fashioned from 91% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, and 4% Cabernet Franc from grapes purchased from the Seven Hills, Pepper Bridge, and Whitney Vineyards.
