Smoky minerals intertwined with spiced apples can be found in the 1997 Puligny-Montrachet Les Folatieres’ aromatics. Its medium body is dense, oily-textured, thick, and packed with toasty pears, apples and gravel. It is a succulent wine, with excellent depth of fruit, and an outgoing personality.
