The massive, opaque purple-colored 1994 Cabernet Sauvignon is extremely backward and dense, and requires another 2-3 years of bottle age. The wine is formidably-endowed, with gobs of smoky blackcurrant fruit intelligently wrapped with toasty oak from aging in new barrels.
