It has been some years since I last tasted this proprietary Bordeaux blend, and it’s nice to see it’s a very good wine. A little hard and unresolved now, it shows a wealth of oak-infused blackberry, cherry, olive and cocoa flavors, and an acid-tannin balance that will help it age.
