Estancia, part of the Franciscan group, continues to turn out reasonably priced, well-made wine. The 1991 Meritage, a stylish blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cabernet Franc, and 10% Merlot, is a medium-bodied, supple, curranty-scented and flavored wine that should be drunk over the next 5-6 years.
