This biodynamic Rhone blend is equal parts of Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier, co-fermented with native yeast. It’s a splendid example of the non-interventionist style, rich, and textural. The yeasty flavors are refreshing—pear and apple and cucumber fruit holding down the center—clean and solid.
