Dark ruby in color, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley is robust with black and dark red fruit tones, offering aromas of dusty rocks with soft herbaceous hints and dried herbs. Medium to full-bodied, the palate is dusty with the green notes popping up first, followed by tones of dusty dark plum skin, flavors of cherry skin and a tight tannic edge. The wine lingers with flavors of bitter dark chocolate across the finish. Just over 13,000 bottles were made.
