A certified organic wine, the 2019 Valpolicella Superiore opens to a lean-bodied appearance with dark ruby and garnet reflections. The bouquet is quite classic in terms of Valpolicella, with hints of dried skin, pressed cherry and candied orange peel. The mouthfeel is thin and crisp and offers the informality to pair with oven-fresh slices of focaccia with rosemary and sea salt on top. This is a production of 40,000 bottles.
