Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2011 Shiraz is scented of crushed black cherries, fresh blackberries and wild blueberries with nuances of yeast extract, black pepper and roses. Medium-bodied, it fills the mouth with vibrant blackberry and peppery flavors supported by a medium level of rounded tannins and crisp acid, finishing long. Drink it now to 2016+. Flametree does not currently have a USA importer but exports to the UK, HK, China, Indonesia, Fiji and Sweden.
