Paolo Saracco is best known for his superb Moscati, but in recent years his Pinot Noir has been just as noteworthy. The 2008 Pinot Nero is a very pretty wine laced with varietal Chambolle-like character and a weightless, elegant personality, all of which adds up to a fabulous glass of wine.
