The 2011 Pouilly-Fuisse has a simple apple blossom and fresh pear bouquet with a touch of limestone underneath. The palate is well-defined with citrus peel, apricot and bitter lemon toward the pointed, crisp finish that impels you to take another sip. Very fine.
