The 2007 Pecorino Offida is simply wonderful in its layered expression of minerals, sage, mint, and ripe fruit. It is a gorgeous, stylish wine to enjoy now and over the next two years or so. Anticipated maturity: 2008-2010. Cocci Grifoni is a great source of value-priced wines from the Marche, one of the lesser known regions in Central Italy.
