The 2007 Pinot Noir has a refined nose with a more red fruit profile: redcurrant, maraschino and raspberry. Good definition although it is a little closed compared to others. The palate has very fine tannins, fleshy and very well balanced with wild strawberry, raspberry and a touch of sous-bois. Very refined and elegant on the finish. Feminine and wily.
