The estate’s 2006 Barco Reale di Carmignano is a pretty wine endowed with notable clarity and vibrancy. This Sangiovese, with Cabernet and Canaiolo, offers an attractive array of ripe dark fruit, earthiness and minerals, with excellent length and tannins that are nicely integrated into its medium-bodied frame.
