he 2011 Grand Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon contains around 52% Eden Valley fruit. Deep garnet-purple, it reveals notes of pure cassis on the nose plus some eucalypt, Mediterranean herbs and floral nuances. Medium-bodied with a good amount of flesh supported by a medium level of finely grained tannins and racy acid, it finishes long with an appealing herbal lift. Delicious now, it should keep to 2016+.
