Medium to deep garnet-purple color, the 2010 Grenache Old Vine offers up notes of kirsch, warm black raspberries and mulberries with underlying lavender, cinnamon stick and menthol hints. Very full-bodied in the mouth, it gives tons of red berry preserve flavors complemented by a pleasant minty lift and supported by a medium level of silky tannins, enlivening acid, and a long finish. Drink it now to 2018+.
