Medium garnet colored, the 2012 Old Vine Grenache has a very pretty nose of red roses, kirsch, allspice and orange peel with hints of white and black pepper. Full-bodied and voluptuously fruited with red berry flesh and plenty of spice, it has a supple backbone of velvety tannins and just enough acidity to lend freshness through the long finish.
