This is an exuberantly fruity, cleanly made rich wine.It is the debut vintage for what looks to be an exceptional example of McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon. This black/purple-colored Cabernet offers ripe aromas of cassis fruit intermingled with smoke, vanilla, and earth. Dense, full-bodied, and powerful, as well as silky smooth, this is a lush, fruit-driven wine with gobs of glycerin and impact on the palate.
