This blend of 40% Garganega and 60% Trebbiano di Soave is fermented in stainless steel vats, and then half of the total volume is aged in oak for nine months. The 2016 Studio offers a very pretty bouquet, with equal parts fruity and floral intensity. You get white flower, pear blossom and honeydew melon. That extra structure and acidity at the back means this wine could pair well with a buttery or oily dish. Some 10,000 bottles were made.
