The 2007 Solengo (30% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Petit Verdot, 20% Syrah) is sleek and refined in its blackberries, blueberries, grilled herbs, spices and graphite. The wine reveals gorgeous length and fine balance in a relatively accessible, mid-weight style for this bottling.
