Jean-Michel Sorrel, the younger brother of Marc Sorrel, has fashioned a 1991 white Hermitage with a rich, forward nose, excellent ripeness, a dense, chunky texture, and a fine finish. Forward, with low acidity, this wine should be drunk over the next 6-7 years.
