The 2012 Terre del Volturno Pallagrello Bianco Le Sèrole is aged on the lees for six months to obtain a fuller, more opulent personality. The wine opens to an off-gold color and an oxidative style with aromas of exotic fruit, tropical tones, peach and Golden Delicious apple. The wine boasts abundance and roundness in the mouth. Fermented in barrique, there's a delicate touch of sweet spice on the close.
