Always on the creative cutting edge, the 2014 Bòggina Bianco is Luca Sanjust's latest inspiration. Born in a one-hectare plot of Trebbiano, this is a robust white wine that drinks with the heft and intensity of a red wine. Trebbiano of course has a long history in this part of Tuscany and was once a blending component in traditional Chianti reds. The wine offers a creamy and rich consistency with aromas of caramel, apricot and honey. Evident mineral notes are almost salty to taste. The wine's aromas and its textural richness are pronounced. It promises a long drinking window as a result.
