Deep garnet colored, the 2007 Terra Rossa Cabernet Sauvignon is intensely minty on the nose with underlying aromas of creme de cassis, eucalypt, lavender, Provence herbs and dark chocolate. Full bodied with a good concentration of warm black berry and menthol flavors, it has a nice line of refreshing acidity and medium to firm grainy tannins, finishing long. Drink this one now to 2018+.
