The 2007 Fifth Wave Grenache was sourced from 50+ year old vines. Medium ruby-colored, it emits an aromatic array of cedar, cassis, white pepper, and fruit cake. Dense and full-bodied in the mouth, it has a glossy texture, ample cherry and cranberry flavors, and a lengthy, fruit-filled finish. Drink it over the next 6-8 years.
