The 2001 Greco di Tufo Devon is one of the few serious competitors to Benito Ferrara’s wines in the same appellation. The nose of peach, almonds, and resin is of important expansion, and the volume, sweetness, and viscosity of the flavors show both the quality of the vintage and high-level winemaking, supervised by Luigi Moio of the faculty of the University of Naples.
