I love the whites from this estate, and the straight 2013 Chateauneuf du Pape Blanc is a classic example of the whites from this region. Checking in as a blend of 30% Clairette, 25% Bourboulenc, 25% Roussanne, 17% Grenache Blanc and rest a mix of Picardan and Picpoul, it offers outstanding notes of white currants, white flowers and loads of minerality to go with a medium-bodied, classy, focused and balanced mouthfeel. Drink it anytime over the coming 3-4 years or cellar for a decade.
