The 2015 Pouilly-Fuissé had been bottled just before harvest. It has a clean and crisp nose that needs more intensity and terroir expression to come through. It feels a little anonymous compared to others. The palate is crisp and saline on the entry, good acidity here with fresh green apple and pear, though again, it feels a little conservative and lacks personality on the finish.
