The 2006 Castillo de Jumilla Crianza is made up of 90% Monastrell and 10% Tempranillo aged in barrel for 18 months. Dark ruby red in color, it offers up an enticing nose of forest floor, brier, spice box, plum, and blackberry. On the palate it has ample ripe flavors, some elegance, and a lengthy finish.
