This excellent producer continues to excel, regardless of vintage conditions. His 1991s are classic examples of Riesling. The 1991 Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Riesling Kabinett is also stylish, although more closed than the Schlossberg. There are interesting oily, petrol-like aromas, and lean, tightly knit, concentrated flavors. It was super-closed when I tasted it, but should drink well for 4-5 years.
