This winery has improved greatly, a fact well-illustrated by two impressive 1995 Chardonnays. The 1995 Carneros Chardonnay displays a rich, buttery, honeysuckle-like nose with well-integrated smoke and vanilla, an opulent, juicy, succulent texture, and gobs of ripe, pure, citrusy, buttery fruit.
