Medium garnet colored, the 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon Precious offers up slowly evolving notes of kirsch, violets, tobacco, earth and smoked meats with touches of garrigue. The palate is full-bodied, firm and grainy with lovely freshness and a wonderful depth of flavors, finishing very long. Powerful and gorgeous.

Made from his vineyards and harvested grape by grape rather than bunch by bunch, the 2005 Precious borders on perfection.
