Going partially through malolactic fermentation, the 2012 Chardonnay Fermata is 100% Chardonnay that spent ten months in barrel. Borderline outstanding, it gives up classic apple, citrus blossom, brioche and hints of green herbs/mint to go with a medium-bodied, balanced and juicy style on the palate. It's a fresh, lively 2012 to drink over the coming couple of years.
