The 2005 Gold is composed of 53% Carmenere, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Petit Verdot. Purple-colored, it offers up a bouquet of cedar, tobacco, spice box, blueberry, and blackberry. This is followed by a plush wine with gobs of succulent blue and black fruits, a smooth texture, and outstanding richness and depth.
