The estate's 2003 Barolo Baudana is a fragrant, super-ripe Barolo. It offers excellent length, yet the tannins dominate the wine's balance. Anticipated maturity: 2008-2013. Baudana is a family-run estate located in Serralunga, the part of the Barolo zone that has been the last to emerge, especially with regards to its smaller, artisanal growers.
