A blend of 62% Sauvignon Blanc and 38% Semillon, the 2009 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon offers a nose of preserved mandarin peel, lemongrass, straw and musk with touches of lemon tart and dill seed. Light to medium-bodied with plenty of savory and evolved flavors, it is supported with a crisp acid line and a long, clean finish. Drink it now to 2015+.
