Pressings is not offered every year, but the 2017 Pressings is a rich, velvety effort that should make the lucky few able to obtain some bottles very happy indeed. Vanilla notes accent cassis and mulberries on the nose and palate. It's the only one of the Wendouree wines I'd actually call full-bodied, yet it's still only 13.8% alcohol. It achieves its weight through concentration and plush, chewy tannins, finishing long and intense.
