Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2008 Shiraz offers a nose of ripe blackberries and a touch of cassis over mulberries, baking spices and aniseed. Medium bodied with a medium level of chewy tannins and high acidity, it has a long peppery finish. Drink it now through 2016+. Shadowfax does not have a USA importer, though exports to the UK, Singapore and Hong Kong.
