Stunning. Very ripe, late-harvest, off-dry style, with honey, butter, dried apricot, lemon, fig, mocha, raisin and spice flavors. Coats the palate and revs up the engine on the silky, intense finish. Flavors suggest this opulent Chardonnay was made from grapes affected by botrytis. Drink now through 2007. -PM
