Similar to what we saw with the Fiano from 2020 and 2021 tasted side by side, this expression of Greco also reveals an impressive and fluid evolution with just one extra year of bottle age. The Quintodecimo 2020 Greco di Tufo Giallo d'Arles feels and tastes like a very complete wine, and adequate focus and attention are given to each one of the various elements that make up the bouquet. There is orchard fruit, preserved lemon and white flower. This sample also puts forth graceful salinity with crushed oyster shell and distant sea breeze. That said, I would bet on the 2021 vintage for a longer aging trajectory.
