By comparison, the 2007 Raices Crianza, which sees six months in used oak, appears fresher and more delineated on the nose. It is surprisingly fresh and lively for a Crianza with a couple of years on it, offering vibrant blackberry and raspberry notes on the ripe, defined woody finish. This is good value. Drink now.
