This is Fred Loimer’s star wine, the summit of his ambition at extracting the purest quality possible from his fruit. The wine has apricot, lime, touches of honey for a very shapely but full-bodied profile. There is a hint of toastiness, fitting beautifully into the white fruits and final acidity.
