The 2006 Aster Crianza has an intense, slightly ascetic nose, that like the 2008, is showing some volatile aromas. The palate is medium-bodied and a little mealy in the mouth, while the finish is showing some pleasant spicy notes, but seems a little attenuated and drying on the aftertaste.
