The 2014 Petit Chablis, which is aged in stainless steel, has a crisp bouquet, a little more intensity than its peers, with commendable mineralité for this category. The palate is well balanced with a touch of salinity on the entry, the acidity well judged with citrus lemon and bruised apple towards the finish. As Petit Chablis goes, this is about as good as you will find.
