The 2007 Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico Supriore Casal di Serra is a richly textured white with pretty notes of honeyed, apricots, mint and minerals. Made in an expansive, generous style, this Verdicchio offers excellent length on the palate in a relatively full-bodied expression of this indigenous variety. Anticipated maturity: 2009-2011. Umani Ronchi is one of the Marche’s historic properties.
