The 2013 Navaherreros Blanco de Bernabeleva is a blend of 60% Albillo and the rest Macabeo (aka Viura), which fermented with indigenous yeasts in oak vats that aged in used 300- and 600-liter oak barrels for nine months, in the case of the Albillo with the lees. The wine is very pale and young, and it was bottled only one month before the tasting. It's a fresh and fruit-driven white, with no traces of oak, aromas of white flowers and apples with mineral hints. the palate is light and fresh, with moderate acidity, clean and well defined.
