Exhibiting sweet nut and ripe citrus fruit aromas, the Meursault Genevrieres provides a big burst of candied, star anise-laden fruits on the palate. This sultry, medium-to-full-bodied wine possesses the intensity and precociousness of the Poruzots (Dessus), but a more elegant and delineated style. Anticipated maturity: 2000-2007.
