An impressive 1992, Clos du Marquis, the second wine of Leoville Las-Cases, exhibits excellent ripeness, medium body, and plenty of richness in a soft, forward style. The finish boasts impressive depth and persistence, with no harshness. This is a noteworthy effort that should drink well for 7-10 years. It looks like a sure bet to be the best "deuxieme" wine of the vintage.
