A 50-50 blend of Dijon clones (which go through malolactic fermentation) and Gingin clone (which doesn't), the 2017 Chardonnay was aged in about 35% new French oak and hints at toasted cashews, then adds flavors of apple, pineapple and white peach. It's medium-bodied and silky in texture, with just a hint of tannin marking the finish.
